I can believe how unfriendly they were on the phone. The acted like I was a bother and they were doing me a favor I’m done with this location

The online check in system is horrible. If you go to a different location you have to start over and enter an emailed code. Get an app like the rest of the world and make our lives easier to use your service. You have made it much more complicated than it ever should be.
